Three bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, one with two double beds, one with twin beds and one double bed. Day bed in living room. Individually controlled heat and hot water. Sleeps up to 10. No pets.

Rates:

Weekly: $625 for four people; Each additional person, $70. Daily: $99 for four people; Each additional person, $22.

Cottage No. 2

Large three bedroom unit. Dining room, woodstove-fireplace combination. Bath with shower. Two bedrooms downstairs, each with one a double bed. One bedroom upstairs with three twin beds and two double beds. Individually controlled heat and hot water. Glassed-in front porch. Sleeps up to eight.

Two bedroom unit. Living room, one bedroom downstairs with a double bed, one bedroom upstairs in loft with three twin beds. Couch in living area. Bath with shower. Picture window. Individually controlled heat and hot water. Sleeps up to five.

Weekly: $425 for two people; Each additional person, $60. Daily: $65 for two people; Each additional person, $15.

Cottage No. 6

One bedroom unit. One double bed, and one twin bed. Bathroom with shower. Picture window. Individually controlled heat and hot water. Sleeps up to three.

Rates:

Weekly: $395 for two Daily: $60 for two.

During July, August, and November, weekly rentals only! A three night minimum is required during the remainder of the year.

All cottages are equipped with gas range and electric refrigerator. Full facilities are available year-round. All bedding and linens are provided, along with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Free cable TV Hook-ups available in all cabins.

Sundown Cabins Policies

Check-in is 3 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m. Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
A 50% deposit is required within seven days of reservation. The balance is due upon check-in. Except for your reservation deposit checks, no out-of-state checks can be accepted. A 60 day cancellation notice is required, and there is no refund for early departure.
