Sundown Cabins and Cottages are centrally located on the west shore of crystal clear Moosehead Lake. The lake is the largest lake contained in one state east of the Mississippi. Fish for salmon, brook trout and lake trout (togue).
Cottages are completely furnished for housekeeping. One-, two-, three-bedroom units are located directly on the lake shore facing the panoramic Mt. Kineo. Cottages are modern, warm and comfortable. For your convenience, gas, oil, bait, non-resident licences, boat and motor rentals are available on premises. We also have fantastic launching and docking privileges
for Sundown guests.
Our cottages operate with full facilities year-round. some are equipped with wood stoves that double as fireplaces. All have thermostat heat, gas stoves and electric refrigerators. All bedding and linen are provided.
