Reservations and cancellation policy

A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required to confirm a reservation. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be returned less a 10% charge provided we are notified in advance. For daily rentals this notice must be 14 days before scheduled arrival and for weekly rentals, notice must be 30 days before scheduled arrival or full deposit will be forfeited.

Payment

Payments may be made by checks, cash, Visa, Discover Card, Master Card, or American Express. State Sales Tax of 7% will be added to your bill.

By Car:- From Southern Maine, Boston, and New York

ME Turnpike, I-95 to Newport, Rt. 7 to Dexter, Rt. 23 to Guilford, Rt. 15 to Greenville.

Drive time: Approximately 1-1/2 hours from Bangor, 5-1/2 hours from Boston, day trip from mid-Atlantic area.
