The Mann Hill Morgans Bed and Breakfast

Mann Hill Morgans B&B Logo....Welcome to Mann Hill Morgans Bed and Breakfast. Our, lovely, spacious, New England Colonial Saltbox, with private stable for our horses, offers delightful accommodations for your stay. We offer only two rooms with private baths, so that we may give our guests the utmost attention.

......The grand foyer, and solid oak staircase, are impressive with its cathedral ceiling which rises to the second floor. Our Wittington grandfather clock welcomes you with its quarterly Westminster chimes. The balcony overlooks a twelve tier solid brass chandelier. Wall tapestry drapes the large walls accompanied by Mary's paintings and handcrafted wreaths.

A Room in our Bed and Breakfast ......Each of our two beautifully appointed rooms present a relaxing atmosphere for the adventurous vacationer, sightseer, business person or weary traveller. Our Master suite is very spacious. The antique white bedroom set, with double bed and twin bed, are handpainted by Mary who is an artist. Several of her paintings hang in this beautiful room. A red brick colonial fireplace and extremely large bath, with walk-in closet, are two of the many amenities which highlight this room. Our other room has a double bed and night stand. It is smaller than the Master suite, but offers warmth and comfort and is tastefully decorated. Its large ceramic tile bath is equally attractive.

......The flooring throughout this stately colonial home is red and white oak. Many guests have commented on its beauty. The, extraordinarily, large kitchen is decorated in New England farmhouse style. Guests may eat in our main kitchen, or they may choose to dine in our lovely sunroom to the sound of Mozart and others. This room, with its hardwood and slate flooring, has four large paneled glass windows which overlook the Maine woods. It is not uncommon to see a deer or moose wandering in our back yard. Wildlife is plentiful here.

......A menu is given upon arrival. A delicious breakfast is served at the convenience of our guests.

    Entrees include:
  • plain or blueberry pancakes with sausages
  • french toast
  • homemade toast, scrambled eggs and sausages
  • homemade toast, assorted cereals, blueberry muffins or cinnamon rolls

......All entrees are served with orange juice, grapefruit or fruit cup, coffee and or tea.

......Guests are always welcome to join our family for a leisurely chat in our family room. This room boasts a massive fireplace with woodstove inserted for a true New England like atmosphere. An early century player piano has been enjoyed by many guests.
